1. Introduction
This Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds when purchasing from Thogreontyozor. This policy applies to sales made through our website https://thogreontyozor.world and complies with the Danish Consumer Agreement Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven), the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), and other applicable consumer protection legislation.
2. Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You may use the following model withdrawal form, though its use is not obligatory:
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [insert product name and order reference]. Ordered on: [date]. Received on: [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date]. Signature (if communicated on paper): [signature]."
You can submit your withdrawal notice by email to contact@thogreontyozor.world or by post to: Thogreontyozor, Vesterbrogade 6C, 1620 København, Denmark. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period has expired.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
4. Return of Goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. We recommend that you:
- Return goods in their original packaging where possible
- Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage in transit
- Use a trackable delivery method for your protection
- Include your order reference and withdrawal notice in the package
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or we have made an error. We recommend retaining proof of postage.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Under EU and Danish law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., opened supplement bottles)
- Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used dietary supplement products unless they are defective. If you have opened the product and then decide to withdraw, please contact us. We may offer a partial refund or alternative resolution at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.
6. Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you have rights under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) and EU Consumer Sales Directive. Please contact us immediately at contact@thogreontyozor.world with your order reference and a description of the issue. We may request photographs. For defective products, we will:
- Arrange a replacement at no extra cost, or
- Offer a full refund including delivery costs
Your statutory rights under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (which provides for a 2-year warranty against defects) are not affected by this policy.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your withdrawal notice or the returned goods (whichever is earlier). For defective products, we aim to process refunds within 5–7 business days of confirming the defect. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary; please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
8. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at contact@thogreontyozor.world. If we have not yet dispatched the order, we will cancel it and process a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, the 14-day withdrawal period applies upon delivery.
9. Business Customers
This policy is designed for consumers. If you are purchasing in the course of your trade, business, craft, or profession, different terms may apply. Please contact us to discuss.
